My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location is quite convenient, particularly for getting to and from the airport, and the rooms are decently maintained although a bit gloomy. I appreciated the service in the cafe where the staff recognized me as a regular guest, but overall, the crew could be more welcoming. Dining options were okay with a good variety of traditional Indonesian dishes, but I found the international options lacking.
